How Bards Against Hunger Works:
Once the book is out we hold a reading (or readings) from the book; a giant poetry event.
At the event, we bring non-perishable food items for donation to a local New Jersey food bank to lend a little helping hand around
the holidays.
Previous Bards Against Hunger events have taken place in:
New York, Virginia, Connecticut, Wisconsin, Indiana, Florida, Pennsylvania, California, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas and Kansas.
This will be the first year New Jersey participates.
