Bards Against Hunger 2025 is around the corner, the fall season is the busy time for us, and we're getting organized to make this the best season of Bards Against Hunger ever!!
Founded in 2013, Bards Against Hunger has hosted and sponsored poetry events all around the country and beyond with the aim of raising food donations for local pantries and food banks. To date, we have provided resources for over 100,000 meals!! |

We're Gearing Up For The 2025 Season!!
In the pre-covid world, every fall, we had Bards Against Hunger events happening all over the country. During covid we switched to virtual events and fundraisers, the few years we've switched back to live events but haven't had as many as we would have liked. We're aiming to change that again this year and give some serious juice back into the effort!

We are currently in talks with poetry hosts in:
New York, Virginia, Kansas, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, Delaware and more.
But we can always add more events to the list!!

How To Host A Bards Against Hunger Event:
If you are already a host of a poetry event, or open-mic, all you have to do is pick a date to gather food, donate it and that counts!!
If you want to host a one-time event for Bards Against Hunger, that is ok too!!! We will list your event here on our website, and add it to the Bards Against Hunger season!! |

Fundraiser Anthologies from All Over
We have edited and printed quite a few anthologies under the "Bards Against Hunger" banner, some national and internation, and others regional.
Poetry groups in the past who have participated in Bards Against Hunger have opted to have us help them produce anthologies as a fundraising tool, or a gathering tool for their events--or to commemorate their events in print. This is also an option for any group that wants to do a BAH event this year. Ask us for details!
